• Select for Maximum Uplink Capacity Along with the HX model, this is the only unit in the series that supports the C9350-NM-4C module. Select this model if your network design requires 100G or 400G uplinks to the aggregation layer.
• Select for Cost Optimization If your deployment does not require PoE, this model reduces upfront capital expenditure and ongoing power cooling costs by removing unneeded PoE hardware while maintaining the flagship performance of the Dual Silicon One ASICs.
• Select for Horizontal Scalability Use this switch in growing environments where the 1.6 Tbps StackWise technology allows for seamless expansion of port density without creating traffic bottlenecks.
• Select for Edge Intelligence Perfect for edge computing scenarios where the integrated x86 CPU and SSD support allow for the local hosting of monitoring agents and security applications directly on the switch.

Licensing & Software Policy

The Cisco C9350 Series Smart Switches operate on the Cisco IOS XE software architecture. To unlock the full potential of the hardware, a valid software subscription is required.

• Network Stack (Perpetual): Provides the base operating capabilities. Available in Network Essentials or Network Advantage tiers.
• Cisco DNA Stack (Subscription): Required for software-defined networking, advanced automation, and assurance features. Available in 3, 5, or 7-year terms.
• Smart Licensing: All licenses must be managed via a Cisco Smart Account to ensure compliance and ease of transfer.
