Cisco C9115AXE-E is an indoor, controller-based Wi-Fi 6 access point with external antenna connectors for challenging RF environments that need directional or higher-gain antennas. It delivers 4×4:4 MIMO on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, implementing uplink/downlink OFDMA, MU-MIMO, BSS Coloring, and Target Wake Time to maximize efficiency, capacity, and client battery life in dense deployments. Hardware includes a 2.5G mGig uplink (IEEE 802.3bz, Cat5e-ready), USB 2.0, RJ-45 console, Bluetooth 5.0, and RP-TNC antenna connectors. Power options include 802.3at PoE+ and Cisco UPOE(+); under 802.3af it runs in reduced-feature mode (2×2 both bands, 1G uplink, USB off).
