SFP-10/25G-CSR-S Description
SFP-10/25G-CSR-S is a Cisco dual-rate SFP28 optical transceiver supporting both 10Gbps and 25Gbps Ethernet. Designed for extended-reach, high-performance data center connections, it enables seamless upgrades and compatibility in mixed 10G/25G environments. This module operates over OM3/OM4 multimode fiber, delivering up to 300 meters (OM3) or 400 meters (OM4/OM5) with standard LC connectors. SFP-10/25G-CSR-S is hot-swappable, energy efficient (1.2W), and requires RS-FEC for 25G operation. Commonly known as Cisco 25G CSR SFP28 or 10/25G SFP28 CSR, it is ideal for modern leaf-spine architectures, inter-rack connections, and aggregation links in cloud, enterprise, and service provider networks.
