The C8161-G2 is the only Cisco 8100 Series router that sources power to endpoints. Its six LAN ports are documented as 4 PoE or 2 PoE+ positions with an output maximum of 80W, and that capability is why the model takes a 150W external supply where the rest of the series runs on 66W or less.
