C9400X-SUP-2 Description

C9400X-SUP-2—known as the Catalyst 9400X Supervisor 2—delivers 240 Gbps per slot and a 2.4 Tbps fabric to any 9400R chassis, with four onboard 25 G/10 G SFP28 uplinks. Powered by Cisco’s UADP 3.0 ASIC, it provides hardware MACsec-256 encryption, flexible SDM templates, and real-time telemetry via gRPC. Ideal for mid-tier aggregation and distribution, this supervisor balances performance, security, and cost for modern campus networks.
