N3K-C3064-ACC-KIT Description
The N3K-C3064-ACC-KIT is a Cisco Nexus 3000 Series 1RU rack-mount kit for four-post racks. The kit contains two front brackets, two rear brackets, two slider rails and twelve M4 x 0.7 x 8 mm countersink screws, and installation needs eight 10-32 or 12-24 rack screws supplied by the installer. The kit is listed for Nexus 3064-X, 3064-T and 3064-32T and for 1RU Nexus 3100 and 3200 series chassis, but not for 2RU chassis such as the Nexus 3164Q.

N3K-C3064-ACC-KIT and NXK-ACC-KIT-1RU are both 1RU rack-mount kits with front and rear brackets and slider rails, but N3K-C3064-ACC-KIT supplies 12 M4 x 0.7 x 8 mm countersink screws against 10 pan-head screws in NXK-ACC-KIT-1RU. N3K-C3064-ACC-KIT is the Nexus 3064PQ Accessory Kit Cisco lists for Nexus 3064-X, 3064-T and 3064-32T, while NXK-ACC-KIT-1RU is the optional kit Cisco describes as easier to install, more stable and higher in load capacity, with front and rear brackets removable. Both need eight 10-32 or 12-24 rack screws from the installer. N3K-C3524P-XL appears in the table as a 1RU switch, not a kit. 2RU chassis such as Nexus 3164Q use N9K-C9300-RMK or NXK-ACC-RMK-2RU instead.

- Nexus 3064 and 3048 chassis: Use the kit with Nexus 3064-X, 3064-T, 3064-32T, 3048 and 3016; the 3064 spare lines also list accessory kit N9K-C9300-ACK, a separate package. The spare table lists this rack-mount kit for these chassis.
- Nexus 3100 and 3200 chassis: Use the kit with Nexus 3132Q, 3132Q-V, 3132Q-X, 3132Q-XL, 3172PQ, 3172PQ-XL, 3172TQ, 3172TQ-32T, 3172TQ-XL, 3232C, 31108PC-V, 31108TC-V and 3132C-Z. The spare table lists it for these 1RU chassis; 3132C-Z also lists NXK-ACC-KIT-1RU.
- 2RU chassis: Nexus 3164Q, 3264Q, 3264C-E and 31128PQ do not use this kit; order N9K-C9300-RMK or NXK-ACC-RMK-2RU instead. This 1RU kit does not fit the 2RU chassis.
