The CP-8875-K9 is a Cisco Video Phone 8875 touchscreen video desk phone in Carbon Black for hybrid-work desks that place calls and join video meetings. The phone pairs a 7-inch 1024 x 600 touchscreen with a 1080p camera that streams Full HD 1080p30 video, and it connects through an internal 2-port 10/100/1000BASE-T switch on IEEE PoE class 4 power. Line capacity depends on call control: up to 108 lines on Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Webex Dedicated Instance, and 16 on Webex Calling or BroadWorks.

CP-8875-K9 and CP-8865-K9 split on line handling: the CP-8875-K9 touchscreen carries up to 108 lines on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, while CP-8865-K9 has five programmable line keys. Attendant desks that work from physical buttons fit CP-8865-K9, which reaches 113 buttons with up to three Key Expansion Modules. Where access ports cannot supply IEEE PoE class 4, CP-8845-K9 keeps 720p video at class 2 on the same 5-inch 800 x 480 display size as CP-8865-K9. Webex Calling and BroadWorks registrations stop at 16 lines on CP-8875-K9. Not every Unified Communications Manager 12.5 or later release supports CP-8875-K9 natively, so a device pack and device enabler (QED) file may be needed before registration.
Ordering Checklist
- Power source: Desks without an IEEE PoE class 4 port need CP-PWR-CUBE-4= plus a country cord such as CP-PWR-CORD-NA= or CP-PWR-CORD-CE=. The cords are separate order lines from the power cube.
- Wall mount: Add CP-8875-VIDEO-WMK=, the wall mount kit listed for the Video Phone 8875, for every phone that will hang on a wall instead of standing on its kickstand.
