PWR-4450-AC Description
The PWR-4450-AC is a Cisco 450W internal AC power supply for Cisco ISR 4450 and ISR 4350 routers. The supply takes 100 to 240 VAC autoranging input at 47 to 63 Hz and delivers up to 450W on the ISR 4451 without PoE. The supply ships by default with the system and carries no PoE, so routers that power endpoints use the PoE-capable AC supply.

PWR-4450-AC is the 450W AC power supply for the ISR 4450 and ISR 4350 and ships by default with the system. PWR-4450-DC is the DC counterpart for sites fed from DC power, and PWR-4450-POE-AC is the 1000W AC supply with a PoE module. A router that powers endpoints from its own ports needs PWR-4450-POE-AC rather than PWR-4450-AC, and a DC-fed site needs PWR-4450-DC, which cannot be combined with a PoE module. AC sites without PoE devices stay with PWR-4450-AC, ordered as a second supply when the router needs redundancy.
Ordering Checklist
- ISR 4450 and ISR 4350 hosts: Order PWR-4450-AC= as the AC power-supply spare for Cisco ISR 4450 and ISR 4350 routers. The ISR 4430 uses PWR-4430-AC, so the two PIDs are not interchangeable.
- Second supply: PWR-4450-AC ships by default with the system. A second supply on a new order uses PWR-4450-AC/2, while PWR-4450-AC is the spare for an installed system; this decides whether it appears as its own order line or as a spare.
- Empty supply bay: Order cover PWR-COVER-4450= for a bay left empty; the cover is a separate orderable part.
