PWR-C1-715WAC-P Description
The PWR-C1-715WAC-P is a Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series 715W AC Platinum-certified power supply module for the internal power-supply bays of Catalyst 9300, Catalyst 9300L and Catalyst 9300X switches. The module delivers a maximum of 715W at -56V and 12.8A from a 100 to 240 VAC autoranging, 50 to 60 Hz input, and it is the default supply of the C9300X-48TX-A switch. The module does not work in Catalyst 9300LM switches, which accept only PWR-C6 supplies.

Application Scenarios
In a wiring closet with a 48-port Catalyst 9300L PoE switch, two of these modules in the two power-supply bays give the supply plan for PoE on all ports from a 100 to 240 VAC feed.
A small branch with a 24-port Catalyst 9300L PoE switch can run all-port PoE from one module, leaving the second bay to hold a blank module or another supply.

PWR-C1-715WAC-P and PWR-C1-715WAC both deliver 715W from a 100 to 240 VAC input, but PWR-C1-715WAC-P is the Platinum certified unit and is listed for Catalyst 9300X as well, while PWR-C1-715WAC is listed for Catalyst 9300 and Catalyst 9300L only. Sites that feed the switch from a DC plant need PWR-C1-715WDC, which takes -36 to -72 VDC instead of AC. Where the PoE budget outgrows 715W, PWR-C1-1100WAC-P raises output to 1100W at 115 to 240 VAC. None of these PWR-C1 modules fit a Catalyst 9300LM switch, which takes PWR-C6 supplies only.

- Catalyst 9300LM excluded: Catalyst 9300LM switches such as C9300LM-24U-4Y use PWR-C6-600WAC or PWR-C6-1KWAC instead. No PWR-C1 supply works in a Catalyst 9300LM.
