CS-BAR-W-K9 Description
The CS-BAR-W-K9 is a Cisco Room Bar all-in-one video bar for huddle spaces and small meeting rooms, supplied in First Light with a wall-mount Room Navigator. The bar has a 12MP camera with a 120-degree horizontal field of view, a 4-element beamforming microphone array, stereo speakers rated to 93 dB and two HDMI outputs at 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps. The built-in array is optimized for up to five people seated within 3 meters, and larger rooms need an external microphone.

Product Performance
Key Features
The wall-mount Room Navigator sits beside the entrance instead of on the table. Rooms with reconfigurable furniture keep full touch control without power or data run to a table position.
The bar’s dedicated PoE Ethernet port pairs the Room Navigator directly, so the wall controller draws power and network from the bar. No separate PoE switch port is needed behind the wall plate.
The 120-degree fixed lens with 5x digital zoom handles auto framing, speaker tracking and Frames mode without a motorized head. A wall-mounted install has no moving optics to service.
USB-C passthrough delivers the camera, microphone and speakers to a connected computer and carries content on the same cable. Sessions on a non-Webex platform still use the room audio and video path.
The internal array is tuned for up to five people within 3 meters, and external microphones are recommended beyond that. The published boundary shows whether a room needs added audio before the bar is specified.
A Manufacturer Installed Certificate signed by Cisco supports onboarding to Cisco UCM through the Certificate Authority Proxy Function. User-installed certificates cover IEEE802.1x, Wi-Fi, HTTPS and SIP-TLS for sites that authenticate every endpoint.
Application Scenarios
In rooms where tables are moved or removed between sessions, the wall-mounted Room Navigator stays at a fixed position beside the door, so the layout can change without touching the control point.
A room with no floor box or table grommet mounts the touch controller on the wall and pairs it to the bar through the bar’s dedicated PoE Ethernet port.
Shared or client-facing rooms that keep meeting tables free of fixed devices leave only the bar at the display and the controller on the wall.

CS-BAR-W-K9 and CS-BAR-T-K9 use the same First Light Room Bar and differ only in the controller: CS-BAR-W-K9 ships a wall-mount Room Navigator, CS-BAR-T-K9 a table-stand one. Rooms where the controller should sit on the meeting table rather than on a wall move to CS-BAR-T-K9. Rooms that want a Carbon enclosure with the wall mount take CS-BAR-W-C-K9, which changes the color and nothing else. Sites that forbid on-board wireless order CS-BAR-NR-K9, which ships the table-stand Navigator and drops Miracast and Bluetooth. All three share the 12 MP 120-degree camera, TTC7-28 compliance model and 14.3W active draw, so rooms seating more than five people within 3 meters need an external microphone whichever PID is ordered.
Ordering Checklist
- Power supply: The default box lists the Room Bar and the Room Navigator, and the bar must run on PSU-12VDC-86W; PSU-12VDC-86W= is the spare part number. A bundle ordered without PSU-12VDC-86W leaves the bar without its required supply at installation.
