SFP-10G-ER-S Description
SFP-10G-ER-S (also referred to as Cisco 10GBASE-ER SFP+, 10G ER SFP, or SFP+ ER-S) is a high-performance S-Class 10 Gigabit SFP+ optical transceiver for long-range applications. Supporting 10GBASE-ER standard, the SFP-10G-ER-S delivers 10Gbps connectivity over single-mode fiber up to 40 kilometers at 1550nm wavelength. It is hot-swappable, features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM), and is designed for commercial temperature ranges. The SFP-10G-ER-S provides a reliable, cost-effective solution for enterprise backbone, metro, and carrier networks requiring extended reach and stability, and is compatible with a wide range of Cisco switches and routers.
