SFP-10G-LR-S Description
SFP-10G-LR-S is a Cisco 10GBASE-LR S-Class SFP+ transceiver module designed for long-distance 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections over single-mode fiber (SMF). Also referred to as Cisco 10G SFP+ LR S-Class or 10GBASE-LR SFP+, this module operates at 1310 nm and supports transmission distances up to 10 kilometers on standard G.652 SMF. With a hot-swappable design and digital optical monitoring (DOM) capability, it delivers reliable, cost-effective optical connectivity for data centers, enterprise backbones, and metropolitan networks. Please note, SFP-10G-LR-S does not support FCoE protocol.
