SFP-H10GB-CU1M Description
The SFP-H10GB-CU1M is a Cisco 10GBASE-CU passive Twinax SFP+ cable assembly for 10 Gigabit Ethernet links of 1 m between SFP+ ports. The cable has an SFP+ connector at each end, draws up to 0.1W, operates from 0 to 70°C and has a beige bail latch. The cable is a passive assembly with a fixed 1 m length, and support on a given host port is set by the Cisco Transceiver Module Group Compatibility Matrix.

SFP-H10GB-CU1M and SFP-H10GB-CU1-5M are both passive 30 AWG Twinax cables at 0.1W, but SFP-H10GB-CU1M is 1 meter with a beige bail latch and SFP-H10GB-CU1-5M is 1.5 meters with a black one, so routes longer than 1 meter step up to SFP-H10GB-CU1-5M. Routes of 2 meters use SFP-H10GB-CU2M, which has a brown latch. Routes beyond 2 meters, up to 7 meters, need the active SFP-H10GB-ACU7M, which draws 1W instead of 0.1W and has a blue latch. All four use 30 AWG construction and the commercial temperature class.
