The CS-KIT-EQ-C-K9 is the Carbon Black ordering finish of the Cisco Room Kit EQ, a large-room collaboration bundle made up of the CS-CODEC-EQ-K9 Codec EQ, the Carbon Black CS-QUADCAM2-C Quad Camera and the CS-T10-TS-L Room Navigator for Table. Hardware capability matches the First Light bundle CS-KIT-EQ-K9 exactly: the same codec and controller part numbers appear in both, and only the camera finish changes, with Cisco listing the Room Navigator in First Light for the Carbon Black bundle as well. The Quad Camera combines four CMOS sensors of up to 20MP each into a single 1080p output, using automatic group framing, speaker tracking and meeting zones across an 83-degree wide lens and three 50-degree tele-lenses. The Codec EQ drives three HDMI outputs at 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps, accepts three HDMI and one USB-C source, and carries four PoE++ 802.3bt ports sharing a 90W budget for the camera, the controller and AV over IP peripherals including up to eight Cisco IP microphones, while registering to Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Expressway or Webex.

1. Carbon Quad Camera In Dark Boardrooms
CS-KIT-EQ-C-K9 exists purely to supply the Carbon Black CS-QUADCAM2-C in place of the First Light camera in CS-KIT-EQ-K9; every other component PID and capability is identical, so the choice between them is a room finish decision rather than a technical one, and a project that does not specify finish gains nothing by paying attention to it. Note that the bundled Room Navigator is listed in First Light for this bundle, so an all-dark room needs the controller finish handled separately, and the Quad Camera still requires the PSU-12VDC-70W-GR= power supply regardless of finish.
