The CS-KIT-MINI-K9 is a Cisco Webex Room Kit Mini bundle for huddle rooms of three to five people, pairing an all-in-one video bar with a Webex Room Navigator controller. The bar has a 4K UltraHD camera with an 8 MP sensor and a 120-degree horizontal field of view, one HDMI input and one HDMI output up to 3840 x 2160, and 24W integrated speakers. The unit must run on the FSP070-AHAN2 or AcBel ADF019 12V DC supply, and its USB passthrough carries video to a connected computer at 720p.

Key Features
Camera, microphones, speakers and codec sit in one 19.7-inch bar weighing 4 lb, so a small room gets video, audio and call processing from a single mounting position.
The 8 MP camera frames a huddle space with a 120-degree horizontal field of view and 5x zoom, and the best overview mode picks the framing from the participants it detects.
USB passthrough shares the camera, microphones and speakers with a connected computer at 720p, so guests can run any web conferencing service on the room hardware.
A second Ethernet port pairs the controller directly with the bar, which leaves the 10/100/1000 LAN port free for the network connection.
The HDMI output drives a display at up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps. Live video encodes and decodes at up to 1920 x 1080, and 4K content sharing runs at 30 fps locally and 5 fps to remote sites.
A full-range driver and dual woofers cover 100 Hz to 20 kHz at 24W amplifier power and 84 dB maximum output, with automatic gain control and noise reduction applied to the room audio.
Application Scenarios
In a huddle room of three to five seats, the bar sits at the display and supplies the camera, microphones and speakers over a single HDMI connection to a 4K panel.
A meeting room that hosts visitors on their own conferencing service can route the bar’s camera, microphones and speakers to the guest laptop through USB passthrough.
In a dedicated remote workspace, the bar connects to a monitor with only power and HDMI cables and registers to Webex or on premises over the LAN port.

CS-KIT-MINI-K9 and CS-KIT-MINI-NR-K9 share the same 4K camera with a 120-degree horizontal field of view and the same Webex Room Navigator, and the radio is what separates them: CS-KIT-MINI-K9 includes Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, while CS-KIT-MINI-NR-K9 leaves out Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A room that must carry no on-board wireless, or that runs on Ethernet only, can take the no-radio bundle without losing a meeting function; a room with no wired drop near the unit needs CS-KIT-MINI-K9. Where TAA-compliant procurement is required, order CS-KIT-MINI-K9++, which uses the CS-KIT-MINI-UNIT++ component and keeps the Wi-Fi radio of the standard bundle.
Ordering Checklist
- Device registration: Add a Webex Device Subscription, available as monthly or 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-year terms, when the unit registers to Webex; the unit can also register on-premises. The registration path decides whether a subscription term has to be bought with the order.
- Power supply: Use FSP070-AHAN2 or AcBel ADF019, ordered as spare PSU-12VDC-70W-GR=. The unit must be used with these supplies on its 12V DC input, so a replacement adapter outside the list is not supported.
- Screen or wall mount: Add Screen Mount Kit CS-KIT-MINI-SMK or Wall Mount Kit CS-KIT-MINI-WMK=. The mounts are optional hardware and are not part of the bundle.
- Presentation and USB cables: Add CAB-PRES-2HDMI-GR for HDMI presentation and CAB-USBC-4M-GR for USB pass-through. These cables are optional components, so a room using pass-through needs them on the order.
- Software options: Add L-ROOM-RM for Remote Monitoring and L-KITMINI-MS for MultiSite. Both are ordered separately from the hardware bundle.
