PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H Description
The PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H is a Cisco 150W low-voltage DC power supply for rugged IE 4010 and IE 5000 switches in hazardous-location cabinets. The supply accepts DC 24-60V at 10A, with a supported range of DC 18-75V, and its output is galvanically isolated from the input. One supply gives 80W of PoE on an IE 4010 and 65W on an IE 5000, and the Catalyst IE 3010 uses a different /IA part.

PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H accepts DC 18-75V (nominal 24-60V/10A), while PWR-RGD-AC-DC-H, in the same 150 W class, accepts AC 85-264V or DC 88-300V, so a 24V or 48V DC cabinet supply needs PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H and an AC or 100-250 VDC source needs PWR-RGD-AC-DC-H. PWR-RGD-AC-DC-250 is the 250 W option for larger PoE loads, but it takes the same AC and high-voltage DC input as PWR-RGD-AC-DC-H rather than low-voltage DC. On an IE 4010, one PWR-RGD-AC-DC-250 gives 180 W of PoE against 80 W from one PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H, so a low-voltage DC site that needs that headroom has to change its input source. All three are marked for hazardous-location power application, so that does not separate them.

Ordering Checklist
- Catalyst IE 4010 hosts: Match the low-voltage DC supply to IE-4010-16S12P and IE-4010-4S24P, both of which list PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H. PoE reaches 80 W with one supply and 200 W with two.
- Industrial Ethernet 5000 hosts: Match the supply to IE-5000-12S12P-10G and IE-5000-16S12P. These IE 5000 models take the same 150 W supply, with 65 W of PoE from one supply and 185 W from two.
- Catalyst IE 3010: Do not order PWR-RGD-LOW-DC-H for the IE 3010; its power module PID is PWR-RGD-LOW-DC/IA. The IE 3010 uses /IA PIDs, a different part from the -H supply.
