C9300L-48P-4G-A Description
The Cisco Catalyst 9300L-48P-4G-A is a high-density PoE+ access switch designed for modern enterprise environments. It delivers 48 Gigabit PoE+ ports (30 W each) powered by a default 715 W AC power supply, offering up to 505 W for connected devices. Four fixed 1 Gbps SFP uplinks provide fiber connectivity to distribution or core layers. Running Cisco IOS XE with the Network Advantage license, it supports advanced Layer 3 routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), MPLS, multicast, and application-aware QoS. StackWise-320 enables up to 320 Gbps of stacking bandwidth across eight switches, allowing the entire stack to function as a single logical unit. Security features include MACsec encryption, 802.1X authentication, and Control Plane Policing. Management can be performed via on-box CLI, WebUI, Cisco DNA Center, or Meraki Dashboard (with appropriate license). This model is ideal for large campus access deployments requiring robust PoE capabilities and advanced routing features.
