Eight Multigigabit Ports Among 24

Eight ports negotiate 100M, 1G, 2.5G, 5G or 10G, and the other sixteen run 10M, 100M or 1G. Faster access points can use the multigigabit group while phones and desktops stay on the 1G group.

UPOE On Every Access Port

All 24 ports deliver Cisco UPOE at up to 60W per port. That covers displays and other high-draw endpoints that PoE+ models at 30W per port cannot run.

880W Budget And A Second Supply

The default 1100W supply leaves 880W for PoE. A second 350W supply lifts that to 1230W, and a second 715W or 1100W supply reaches 1440W, which is the 24-port ceiling at 60W each.

Fixed 10G/1G SFP+ Uplinks

Four SFP+ uplinks are built in and take 10G or 1G optics. Uplink speed is set by the model rather than by a network module.
