The Cisco Catalyst 9300L-48P-4X-A is engineered for enterprise access deployments requiring high-density PoE+ power and robust Layer 3 capabilities. It furnishes 48 Gigabit PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) downlink ports (30 W per port) powered by a default 715 W AC power supply (505 W PoE budget). Four fixed 10 Gbps SFP+ uplinks deliver high-speed connectivity to distribution or core layers. Running Cisco IOS XE with the Network Advantage license, it supports full Layer 3 routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), MPLS, VRF-Lite, and enhanced multicast. StackWise-320 technology provides up to 320 Gbps of stacking bandwidth across eight switches, enabling a single logical system. Security features include MACsec encryption, 802.1X authentication, TrustSec, DHCP snooping, and Dynamic ARP Inspection.
